I got laid off. Should I let hiring manager know or should I roll with it since it’s so recent?

Anyone go from big 4 -> zs? Considering an exit to a startup that just completed a solid series B. They’re willing to provide competitive comp package and surprised how large the base is for a startup. Has me concerned about being on the high end and being the first person that comes to mind when it’s time to pinch a few pennies or clean up the books ahead of future rounds/IPO.
