Did 4 rounds of interviews. Last 2 with 2 partners at EY. Haven’t heard back even after 1 month. One partner even commented “you will be a good addition to the team”. Hiring manager gave EY email after her interview call with me.
Fast forward two weeks, no communication. Recruiting was surprised that I was still chasing for this position, month later. Got to know last week that hiring team was continuing to interview candidates. Should I drop the idea to get hired? EY hasn’t rejected me yet.
Hi all,
I have a offer from Perficient and joining in 2 months time. Question :
1: how is the company in terms of job security and projects? I work with web analytics
2: How is the hike and work life balance.
3: Attrition rate
4: Hike is good but will it be a safer vet like Accenture Operations?
Need some views from people working there.
Thanks in advance.

It may be worth asking if there is a stipend they’re going to pay you for this work.
This has worked for me.
Tell them you’re happy to do this assignment an present but
- You will not be emailing a copy or link for them to keep.
- 🔑 If they must have the file, tell them sure but you’ll be sharing this project as part of your portfolio and on LinkedIn.
That way if they use your work, you can at least claim the client and get the credit.
For a senior strategist role, that’s a serious red flag. i hate to say this but that agency may be in some financial trouble or low margin.
A hire that has homework at your level tells me the leadership is either unsure of what they want or has too much turnover.
I must be reading this wrong. They're having an interviewee present to a CLIENT?
Yeah, that's insane lmao
ACD1 is correct.
