I got offer from ADP they are asking me to join before July 15th so that I will be included in appraisal cycle or else I will be included 11month appraisal cycle but I want to join after July 15th because of some health checkups .Can someone let me know what kind of appraisal cycle it is(half yearly/quarterly)? How much is the min hike they can provide in this appraisal cycle?What is the appraisal cycle in ADP?
