Accenture offered Advanced App Engineering Associate with 4.9 LPA fixed + 50k joining bonus + 30k learning bonus, but no joining date yet and the process feels slow since my interview was in Feb. I plan to switch to a product-based company after a year or two. Which is better for work-life balance, learning, and career growth? Should I prioritize money?

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

I received an onboarding portal link from another HR, on their portal it’s mentioned my joining is in January which is even earlier than the joining date I received before on my OL which I got revised later on.
