I got promoted last year to senior engineer position.

How much increment can I expect in this Annual Review considering my base is 21L which is the starting range of Senior Engineer salary in Qcom with the average rating of 3 ?

I’m a CMA who works in Behavioral Health. I have been asked to float to different offices to assist other providers because we are short staffed. I don’t mind because I thought this would be temporary. The problem now is the positions available have no applicants as of yesterday. Not one applicant! The positions have been posted for 2 months or more. I feel since I’m doing the job of 3 CMAs I should get a raise. Any ideas on how to present my case for a wage increase to management?
