Question about fiber.

Last year, I was diagnosed with IBS following a few years of unexplained bloating, chronic upset stomach, and frequent bowel movement.

Because of the diagnosis, I’ve cut back on caffeine to only 1 cup of coffee per day about an hour after waking up before a workout.

Diet is relatively balanced. High protein so I take some enzyme with fiber supplement. Fiber seems to make the IBS bloating worse which on a daily basis is pretty irritating.

Any suggestions?

Can someone explain how billable hours work? At a new agency and although I had to fill timesheets at my previous agencies, they were mainly used to ensure we weren’t over servicing a client/for setting the appropriate retainer for contract renewals. Does internal transfer happen in EY GDS service line? I am in International Tax and not liking it here just within a couple of months of joining.
