Go to the stock screener and sort by option volume. The first 10-20 results are going to be high risk. I wouldn't get in these, this is often meme stock territory, easy to be left holding the bag. If you go to about the second or third page of results you will see names you might know.

Then do some basic research. Why is the company having high trade volumes? (court cases, pending study results, new laws, etc.) After you understand why there is more volume, ask your self, what stocks would I not mind owning? You can be directionally wrong on a stock but get in at a good value to do a swing trade a few weeks or months later..

Look up the "wheel strategy" for more info and "theta gang strategies" Dec 27 is really too short of time frame to make much. You need longer time frames for better premium. I was aiming for 1% gains every month or two.

Yes, I am ultimately running the wheel on these. Went a little “meme” lately with all the BTC craze. Will definitely pull back to safety, lol.

Can anyone please refer me for boutique management consulting firms as I have less than 1 year of experience and I think it's hard for me to get into top consulting firms. I am looking for a job as I want to switch to management consulting.

Dry. Acidic nose. But for $10 this wine is amazing. Where else can you find a ‘14 vintage for that cost. I Get nectarine hints maybe plum. Very little body. Mild tannin; I wouldn’t mind putting out for guests. If you’re going for something dry, acidic, in the red department, can’t complain. I picked this one up from Trader Joe’s. Hope you find this helpful!

Been in house for 5 years with current company (practice for 7), considering a move to a firm that is mid size but on big law pay scale - firm claims to be big on work/life balance. Outside counsel has been prepping company witnesses for a trial in August. It is my subject area so I am supervising outside counsel. I did not, however, choose the counsel. He is doing a really awful job. Co counsel is better, but not great either. Higher ups love the firm… I do not want to micromanage, but I have genuine concerns about outside counsel’s ability to try this case. Trials are rare, and I just don’t think these guys have actually tried many cases. Cont. below…

- Your length of experience

[Help]

I started trading during Covid crash. Started with equities and eventually moved to options. Earlier lost a month's salary and then lot more trying to recover it. Currently have lost my yearly salary worth and it's affecting all aspects of my life (job, marriage, health). I have tried to convince myself to consider it a loss but always get back trying to recover it.

Any advice how to deal with it. Thanks.

I’m seeing lots of posts about really bad losses. If you trade you’re going to lose money - hopefully not all the time, but many positions will be mistakes. But you need a process to find ideas and manage positions. Two books you should read are “The New Trading for a Livinng” and “The Laws of Trading.” Both look at psychology, process, and risk in different ways that can help you work out your own process. The next 18 months will be much harder than the last 18 - time to start learning.

Long time in the making; but we finally sold off from our 50% HWB short. We had two tests at the 3400 level, getting as high as 3420 today before the sell off. Momentum and pessimism over lack of stimulus could take us to the 3107 target quickly, nearly a 10 percent decline over the next month. Stay short my friends. It's going to get bumpy.
