I had 6.5 years of experience in C++ domain, I got an offer from TCS 15.5 Lpa and they mentioned I need to work for client VISA, it's an IT Analyst C2 grade role and had one more offer from ACL digital with 18 Lpa, Which one I can choose?. I am only interested in work life balance role, I don't want to work hard or in stressed mode, I am planing to join Tcs, Can anyone please suggest how is the work life balance in Tcs considering Visa as client?.
