I had a first round interview for a position applied through a recruiter, but got stood up. The company wants to reschedule, but I decided to turn it down and withdrew my application. How bad is it? Would that be burning the bridge? It is a pretty large company and I may want a poaition there in the future.

I regret not applying to Harvard. I never thought I’d get into a top school and then got into wharton with a 100k fellowship - which changed my entire perspective. It sucks thinking “what if…”. I just didn’t have the confidence and thought wharton was a reach so why bother with H/S 🙃 hope this inspires someone to just shoot their shot - you never know

For those that work at big4, does maternity leave benefit only kick in if you’ve worked for the firm for at least a year? Or does it apply immediately?
