I had a moment where I looked around my room during independent work time and realized it was completely silent. Every single kid was locked into their screens, completely zoned out, and it felt a bit dystopian compared to the rowdy classrooms of five years ago. I tried to initiate a group discussion afterward, and I swear it was like pulling teeth just to get a one-word answer. Is anyone else noticing a massive shift toward this kind of passive apathy lately? How are you breaking through?

I got an offer from another firm for 24lpa but they have shared the offer letter of DOJ after 2 months and asked me to negotiate my notice period or look for buyout. What should I do in this case?
