But still not releasing the revised offer letter. I'm an immediate joiner. Hi, just got an offer from A&M as D (Performance Improvement). The base from Glassdoor is accurate (US as a benchmark). Bonus is much higher than my current. Anyway the base seems very low compared to S& SA in US.
1) is it true that the base is that low compared to junior-mid level at S&?
2) i am based in Asia, any different rate compared to other region at A&M?
3) the TC can be 3x that what I can get currently, but i can make partner in few years at PwC. Do you think A&M should be considered?

Everything has been done even salary discussion is also .
1-assessment and i got the completion message and confirmation
2-after that interview went very well
3 - hr discussion with salary , ready to initiate my offer in 2 hr
But she called me in a minute on Friday and told me that you need to give the test again.


After 3 days on monday -today
Someone called me from hr and told me you have to appear for all the things again.
