I have joining in ibm on 29th of July. Today I got a call for project interview , seems it’s a support project and I am not ok with it. If I mention anything like not interested for this project will it affect my joining? Please let me know. They have scheduled interview on Friday. IBM

Hi! Applied for a role last year and failed my interview. I’ve re-applied quite a bit lately and still receive automatically a rejection - I’m disappointed as roles seemed a really great fit (Roles in London, UK).
Is Anyone able to share tips on how to land a first interview? Former recruiter has since then left Amazon so I’m unable to tap into my old contact. Really keen to improve my chances again.

Hi Fishes,
It’s my first switch & LWD is 4th April. Got offer from Accenture on 31st March & was expecting joining date to be near but in the offer letter it’s 25th April. I was thinking of a break but since I’ve taken nearly 300% hike, I’m little afraid to be dependent on just 1 offer as by 25th April, all similar offers would be void. Can I take the risk of waiting till 25th April & be 110% sure that there won’t be any problems while onboarding or shall I prepone the joining date to be safe?

Any info on CitSec’s COO team?
They call in either case. For me, the recruiter was enthusiastic in tone via email (thank you! Happy to help! have an update, let me know when you’re free!).....and then rejected me. Stung.
Thanks, everyone, for motivating me. I just heard that I am going back to onsite in January! I will be bypassing the phone screen and phone interview😀.
Let us know how it goes
Update is overdue fishes! I made it through onsite last month. I am currently in a team matching phase.
I can't seem to DM you for some reason, it takes me to the NG group.. do you mind trying to send me a message to see if it will allow you to start a conversation?
The quick call after on-site is standard. After you do onsite interviews they will call you to either reject or tell you you’re moving along in the process
@S1 just got terrible news, but I cannot understand their reasoning. “Interviewers saw great strengths, but most of the experience was theoretical. Wtf is that mean? They asked simple questions, and I pull every answer from my experience, and current work K am doing. Very disappointed 😔. I thought I nailed it, and even one interviewer told me I would be a great fit in the PGM role.
Id ignore C1. Your English seems fine, and even if it wasn’t 100% Google wouldn’t reject for that reason (pretty global company with employees from all over) unless it hampered you ability to do the job.
Sorry it didn’t work out, but I would add some more exp. and shoot your shot again. If you interviewed well and all that was missing was exp., there will be a record of it
I am not sure if it is good or bad. Anybody went through this scenario?
