Looking for some guidance/feedback. I’m currently a director of sales at a mid size Saas firm. I scaled the sales team from 3 to 52. Been a director for 3 years with same company and watched 3 vps and 2 directors come and go. There’s limited to no growth opportunity. So I started the hunt. I have a panel interview with the CEO/cro/ and cmo for a smallish >50 employees. I’m going for a vp of sales... Any ideas on what kind of questions I should prepare myself for?
How many rounds of interview does Persistent take ...cleared with the first round ...any tips/info about the further process?

Hi Meta people! I had started interviewing for a product growth analyst role- and I was told I made it to another round. I waited for weeks- even delaying other interviews so I could give meta a fair shot (not a huge sacrifice on my end but wanted to note this). The recruiter kept telling me there’s a “delay” or not enough interviewers, and finally today let me know that they’ve already filled the position :( is this normal Facebook (Meta) ? To get rejected despite being told you progressed?
Did a panel interview today and I want to send thank you emails…but I only have the recruiter’s email. Should I reach out to her and ask for their emails or should I just have her pass along my message to the interviewers?

I had 9 rounds of interview in Goldman Sachs for a role in Bangalore office. I was getting regular updates from the hr within one or two days after every interview, however after the 9th round I did not hear back from the hr for two weeks. I followed up with the hr and as per the hr, they are awaiting feedback from the hiring manager what does that mean? Is my candidature got rejected? Is there any probability I will hear back from the hr team? Kindly advise.

For anyone who needs to read this: I left consulting 9 months ago for a tech company. I don’t love what I am doing, nor the people, nor do I have WLB, but I don’t miss the toxicity and judging people based on where they work or their utilization. I’ll probably leave soon, but have no regrets jumping ship when I did. Press on. The grass may not be greener, but at least I know where I need to water.
