I had completed two rounds and got not proceeding further mail without HR discussion first time ,then I applied to higher role and attended skills interview on 31st aug, from Sunday sep 1st the status of my profile is matched to another requirement which I got to know from helpdesk and I cleared the round too.

What to expect, will this time I will get offer?

Offering advice to job seekers who go around recruiters and message hiring teams, execs, etc. You are putting the Recruiters job in danger. If a Recruiter declines you or doesn’t choose to reach out, it is because the hiring team declined you, or you don’t have the experience. You will most likely not be considered for future roles because of this. When I see people giving advice to reach outside the Recruiter, it’s bad advice. Very rare is this a good idea.

I interviewed at a law firm and had my final round last Friday. The Tuesday afterward, I got a call from the recruiter saying the firm won’t have a decision for another week.
