I had couple of interviews that asked the same question, what would you do when you have non-cooperative internal stakeholders? (I.e. they don’t want to work with you because it won’t add much value to them and might waste their time). My answers are in listen to their needs, simply my questions, try to came up with a solution that works for both, and try to obtain support from senior management. Not sure if I had a good answer since I always see a constipated face from the interviewers.

I have an offer accepted from Elevance 125k (Anthem) and w a good team and seems that WLB would be ok. Also, Amazon hiring manager wants to interview me for a job. Is just a hiring manager int. so obvi nothing guaranteed. Salary if offered will be more than 150k. My question is should I accept the interview and see where it goes? After 2 years of a pandemic and working independently for many years, I am not feeling interviews AT ALL. There are points in the interview where I want to just say "Look! Either hire me or don't".

How can I get over this feeling? I'm over the whole "stand in the line of fire to prove how good I am" bs. Any recommendations for getting over this or possible industries to pivot into to avoid bs interview processes and ghosting?
