I have only completed 9 months in current organization and manager was surprised that I already want to leave. What are the chances that they would release offer letter or select me .
Ideally in how many days will they release offer letter if selected.

Have an offer in industry. It’s a relatively new company that is growing fast and lots of opportunity to move up quickly and make a difference. Salary increase wouldn’t be large but enough to make a difference. My heart wants to do it but there is risk involved - not as much stability as the Big 4 company I work for and I’m supporting a family. What do I do? Follow my passion or stay in the safe zone given things are still up in the air with Covid? I appreciate your opinion fishes!

A recruiter presented an offer at X salary plus benefits. When they offered the job I accepted via email with x salary + benefits. I had to wait a week for the official offer letter to come from the company. When I received it, it stated a lower base plus bonus- combined were lower then the x base I accepted over email with the recruiter. There is a $12k discrepancy in the base salary now. Been 3 months since I joined Luxoft and I am assigned to a backward DXC project. The lead is oppressive and bossy. There is no work-life balance and 9:30 hours of work is not enough for them. After accepting the offer on TCS portal, I got another offer with higher CTC.
But I'm more inclined towards joining TCS as it is giving me my preferable location.
