Loving the inclusion here. But would hope they would follow up with a safety guide to LGBT travel or something given what we can and do experience in travel, even in the US. Thoughts?

Any IPS Advisory folks out here ?
Crossroads Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc. I have been with the organization almost 6 years and have accomplished achievement of my MSL (Masters Strategic Leadership) and LOVE the organization…BUT…I am not having any success in moving into a new position…my interviews are great experiences but it seems to be a pattern of not being selected yet encouraged to continue applying…received information from a mentor/manager to ask for candid feedback…when is enough…ENOUGH??

Lol could you please tell us where this "somebody" works??
Agree lol
Are they hiring? 🤣🤣
My question as well. Haha. Our company is so boring and we also need to unwind and relax.
GP does an annual customer service event that is usually pretty fun. We’ve done the GA aquarium, and most recently the battery in Atlanta. Free food and drinks and usually some kind of award ceremony and some sort of activity. We work mostly remote so it’s nice seeing all our coworkers face to face to hang out :)
Ohh! This is actually a great idea. I assume most of you joined the event?
I think company social events are so important for keeping people motivated in their jobs! Our company took us on a fishing charter once and another time we went mountain biking at a downhill ski resort (that obviously offers summer operations). We still talk about those trips!
What company? Our folks took us to the kitchen in our office for pizza 😲
I never experienced any outside of work activities since I joined our company. We have this simple and boring Christmas party during the holidays and that's all. Our company is so focused about profit and revenue that they forgot they have employees that work hard behind every success they had.
Organize a game night where employees can play board games, card games, video games, or even organize a tournament for a popular game like foosball or ping pong. Game nights are the best if you ask me.
Host a happy hour or after-work mixer where employees can unwind and socialize over drinks and snacks. Nothing beats a cold one to talk about mundane things with friends.
Remember to consider your company culture and the interests of your employees when planning social events. By providing engaging and fun activities, you can boost morale and encourage team bonding. Organize a yoga class, hiking trip, or fitness challenge for employees who are interested in staying active and healthy.
Bowling sounds fun. Sadly, our company is not a fan of social events. I'm so disappointed.
Pizza party or employees' day. Most of us enjoy these events and even look forward to the next one.
Why?
Nothing! Everything's extremely boring. Haha.
