I hate having a fully owned website for my portfolio. I am a CW by trade and just not super into the whole designy process of a website…even using squarespace templates.

Are there other options for displaying my portfolio if I’m interviewing? I miss my hardboard printed book (you can tell my age there). Is there a site like Behance where I can show my work? Is Behance an option? lol. Halp.

Has anyone ever worked at an agency in which the project management department was properly utilized? I traditionally was brought up in my career where PM type tasks were handled by lower level AMs. I have observed separating AM and PM tasks into two separate departments just causes communication issues and lazy account people. Account people should have a good understanding of how much effort and time goes into a project. Project Managers are missing a lot of context so blind leading blind.
