I have 10 + years of retail management experience and 2 years of Human Resources experience. Since April of last year, I’ve been actively applying for roles across retail management, operations, and HR. I regularly secure interviews, yet the most common feedback I receive is that I am “overqualified.” What’s particularly discouraging is that many of the roles I’m rejected for are reposted within days or weeks.

I just need meaningful, honest work.

I finished up with final interviews on Monday. Is it a bad sign that I’m still waiting to hear back today? Don’t companies typically reach out almost immediately with an offer if they choose you?

Anyone been through the JP Morgan initial phone/recruiter interview? Any insights on questions asked?

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Between director of respected technology is reaching me and he wants me to join ASAP and take over the project work.

What should I do now?

Hey folks, need some help. I cleared all my interview rounds and had completed the documentation too. However for more than two weeks the status on the portal is "offer initiated". The HR says the delay is happening because the people who need to approve are on leave. Are they playing around or keeping on hold? Do they actually release offer after this much delay? Please share if you know anything about it.

Y’all I am struggling on these “light” home improvement projects we decided to take on with a recent house purchase. Plan was just to replace carpets, paint some walls, and replace kitchen appliances. Now added on new faucets, other bathroom hardware / mirrors / toilets / medicine cabinets / exhaust fans, baseboard recaulking and cleanup, kitchen sliding door, ceiling fan rewiring and install, window replacements… how do I rein it in??
