Feelings in general on Reminger and comp?
Hi everyone, interview for entry level Allstate claims position. Should I take it being 3 business days since my final interview and no offer. The interviewer said to give it a week and that she was gna give my info to hiring manager to review, but I thought she was the hiring manager since this was the 2 interview outside internal recruiter interview. i sent a thank you email the day after. But i don’t know i thought it was a good interview. Allstate

I’d also add letting the adjusters know that these experts will not cooperate with scheduling any additional phone conferences or trial prep meetings until they are paid in full.
We often deal with this at my ID firm too.
Adjusters are busy. Mark the email urgent. Call and zero out to get someone that can assist. Make sure the adjuster realizes the deadlines. Adjusters tackle biggest fires first so just have to grab the persons attention. They won’t be offended.
This. We a ton going on at any given time. If you politely say hey hey hey hey please help, I WILL prioritize it, I just need to know it’s more important than any of the 70 other things people are asking for help on
This is a great way to burn bridges with experts, to the detriment of the carriers. Instead of advocating to protect the interests of the carrier, counsel has to stop what they are doing and fuss with admin details like this. Why do managers of claims departments and the senior leadership of carriers continue to allow their departments to be so understaffed? Are their profit margins that thin? If so, why don't they raise premiums?
