I have 2 jobs offers: one from a university and one from corporate, both are very similar although the uni one is a bit more Junior (pay is slightly better tho). I was thinking of taking the jr role at the uni and do my masters at a discount. However, idk if it’s a good idea and I should for the corporate senior role. Any advice? Thank you

If I get laid off, I have a previous colleague that started a cybersecurity company. I would love to get involved on the business side of it. Any pointers on skills that are attractive in this realm for a startup? Would be mostly (if not all) federal defense contracting clients. I’m currently in Deloitte’s cyber risk practice but my background and passion is in accounting and finance, and business operations. Graduated in 2017 so still early career.

I received a phone call from Airtel Digital yesterday. They are looking for Java Backend Engineers. The HR asked me about my NP. I honestly told them 90 days, but they are looking for someone to join in 45 days. I told her that I could finish my work in 60 days and join Airtel in 60 days, but she was not agreeing. She told me to start servicing notice.
The question is, how can I convince HR?
