Hi Everyone, I am trying to apply for a Technical Support role at Dropbox I’m entering all the required fields but there seems to be an issue, when I hit submit after filling the form, it doesn’t submit and throws error ‘Looks like you left this blank! Please fill out this required field’ when all the fields are entered already (I have checked so many times, and filled the form from scratch several times too). Anyone from Dropbox who can put me in touch with HR or suggest what I should do next?

Experience is more than just technical skills. It's dealing with all the side nonsense that no school teaches!
A lot of otherwise eminently qualified people cannot do the job due to the intangibles that only arise after years and years on a job.
If your software skills are so great, and given the state of the job market, you may want to consider doing something independent until you land a job. I have 30 years experience running a lab and am having trouble even getting an interview! Overqualified is, indeed, a bad thing.
I'm back to making Naughty Websites and selling collectibles to hold me over since I can't really put a full lab in my house. But your skills could be used directly to make side income! Write the next big fad-app or something.
Good luck!

This... experience goes beyond your technical skills and that can only be obtained with time.

Id just apply anyway and focus on how the skills you do have, make you suitable for the role. Sometimes years of experience don't mean you've actually got the skills.
