I have 2 YOE, but my technical skills are advanced enough to meet the requirements of mid-level roles that ask for 3 to 7 years. Since job postings often treat years of experience as a strict filter, how can I go about proving my capabilities on a resume or in an interview so that the experience gap is waived?
