I have 4 YOE in IT & have worked as DataStage L2 support, developer(partially) & currently as an Admin. However, my CTC is very low(less than 5LPA) compared to my experience. I want to switch & have tried searching for similar roles outside but not finding any openings. Kindly advise if I should pivot to newer tech stacks or DataStage is still relevant.
