Looking to change firms or exit into the Denver area. Want to cut travel to be able to spend time with my spouse. Basically a BA and PM skill set but hungry to learn. Any leads?

Slalom Denver might be an option for you. Mostly in market work. Have you looked into it?

I have, actually. I just got rejected from the Denver office after a few interview rounds but am hoping it could still work out down the line.

What’s the best way to reach out to Slalom in Denver?

LinkedIn worked for me and I went through their full interview process. Was offered a position but ultimately decided to stay at Accenture as a new project opportunity presented itself which was attractive to me. Good luck!

Have to do a strategy assignment as part of hiring process - how much work is expected here? I'm approaching it like I'd approach a briefing for a creative team so a long thought out inspiring explanation of insight and strategy. Is that about what's expected?

Are there any healthcare PR agencies who are open to hiring those with little to no experience but who are really interested in learning? I would be interested in transitioning from B2B / tech / advertising into healthcare and taking a lower title, but a couple recruiters have told me most do not want to train incoming talent. I totally understand of course, but wondering if an SAE applying for a lower title in a field they don’t have a ton of experience with is appealing at all.

Anyone move over into an internal role, decided you liked it, and stated internal as a career path, or used it to move to another function other than the traditional “consulting” career path?

I have worked in consulting for three years, worked in industry for 3 years prior to that, and have an MBA. I have the opportunity to move to a top 4 firm. What should I ask for in regards to potential promotion and/or salary bump? I don’t want to short change myself as this would be a promotion year for me at my current firm, however I find this conversations so uncomfortable. I currently make 90k base, and think I am underpaid as I am consistently put into stretch roles. Thanks for reading!
