I have 6.5 yrs of experience mostly on the global customer support team(enterprise support). I know Linux,sql,Java debugging,Rest apo, data integration, personalization and basics of many more stuff. How do you all think about allocating space to different work experiences in resume. 2 years at MBB post mba and 5 years in finance and tech prior to mba. I currently have 60-70% work experience section devoted to my work post MBA and the rest prior to MBA even. Does that seem reasonable? hey, I joined Deloitte in June 2020 as an GPS SA analyst, I just staffed on internal project only providing me adjusted utilization. Now my standard util is 40 and my adjusted is 105... and this project last in another month... by then my standard util might be 20.. will my promotion be affected by this? My target promotion year on TOD is 2022. My manager said we might sell to client and extend this project in September but nothing guaranteed.

They expected me to do something for them in busy season when I was booked on another client, but when I try to get time to talk to them about my reviews or performance, they seem to just ignore my invites or reschedule constantly and last minute.
