Got an offer from Meta London E4 role. The pay is 85K Base + 15% bonus + 150K RSU / 4years. This comes to 135K/ year.

My current CTC in India is 41L Base + 26L RSU/year.

Any suggestions on how to proceed? I feel it is very less, should I negotiate or stick with India? As in India this is a very good salary.
