I have 7 yoe in Automation testing of UI plus Rest API applications. Currently having 7 lpa salary. Holding multiple offers in the range of 12-14 lpa. I heard market standard for automation tester with 7 yoe is 20 lpa. Should I join 14 lpa job or wait for better offer. My last working day is October 1st week. Never got interview call from product based companies.
