I have a job interview as an e-commerce account manager in wonderchef, place is in Mumbai. I have 3 yoe and I will shift there, currently I'm in tier 2 city. What should I ask for the salary package. The place is elite where the office is. Company is searching for 7-10 yoe person but I have relevant 3 years of experience in same field, how much should I ask for?
I was thinking of 12l but I already told the HR my current is 5.5l ctc

Anyone willing to share how much they are making as an Mri technologist in Chicago? I know downtown pays better then suburbs. I work in one of the big university hospitals and make 40 per hour. I have masters and 6 years of experience. I recently learned that a new grad who doesnt have his state boards yet has 39 per hour. A coworker experience of 20 years gets 50per hour. 3 Things to keep in mind which changing jobs:
1. Always ask dedicated budget for the job before you tell your expectations.

2. Always have atleast 2 weeks of gap before you join any company. You might not understand significance of that but just have a gap.

3. Always talk to people of team you will be joining before you accept offer or atleast before you join company.
