I have a question about those who have been in their field for 10+ years and have been looking for full-time opportunities. Are you having luck finding a role with a resume that shows you've been at this for a while now? Or have you been omitting years on your resume?

Currently, my resume reads that I've been freelancing for 15 years but a lot of that time I freelanced alongside having a full-time gig. I can't figure out if it's just my location, fighting ATS, or seen as "too experienced."

I’m looking for a new job, working remotely, that doesn’t require a Bachelor’s. (I’m currently going back to school to get one, as I only have an Associate’s in Mathematics right now)
I had positions in private sector that allowed me to supplement having a degree with experience but not in public sector. AWS vs Cloudflare BDR roles

AWS lowballed but I negotiated to match Cloudflare. Cloudflare offers more equity but AWS has a higher base.

I love Cloudflare. The people are great but it’s an engineering culture and the sales team isn’t as well shaped up and I can’t go for a promotion until at least 18 months of tenure. I am an investor in the company and think of them super highly. I’ve already got half a years SDR experience and AWS promotes quicker.
