I have a strong background in the Healthcare. I have worked front, back, and billing. Most recently, I worked on referrals, verifying insurances, and obtaining authorizations from Partnership, VA, etc.

I am now in a course for Data Analytics. I would like to combine the 2, go into an Administrative role. I know that I haven't learned all I have to with all of the software. So I can't put it on my resume yet. I will be done in August, though. I want to work, and I am a hard worker.

So, I have been working on trying to get in as a SDR but I am also taking a course for my PMP certification. Is this of value or should I focus on something else?

Im a RN and took on a new role working in Home Health. I chose this position because My husband & I recently moved to PA with our 2 kids (1&3), with no family available for his residency program with a hospital. If you know that life, I’m pretty much the main parent for our kids. I don’t want to work in the hospital/floor work anymore; nor do I believe the hrs are flexible enough. I need a job that’s flexible for the kids but pays >$44/hr. Maybe remote or hybrid? Please help w/ suggestions.

I have an interview for a LTC/Rehab Nurse Manager, Infection Preventionist position next week. My base salary is $40/hour as a charge nurse. With overtime I’ll be finishing the year about $15000 above my base pay. I have questions: first, I know I’ll be putting in at least the same number of hours I’m current working (50+/wk). How do I leverage that to avoid a pay cut. Also, any tips from people in this position?

For doing all this they have not even clearly offered me a promotion, raise or a change in position. What should I do?
