Java Microservices Architect with 40 LPA Fixed (12 YOE) at Nagarro. Joined 8 months back. Got an offer from Publicis Sapient of 55LPA (50 Fixed, 5 Variable). I have asked for 60, but that’s out of their budget. I’m thinking of accepting the offer only if 55 is fixed without any variable. What do tou think guys? Is it worth a switch? Case 2: agreeing on 50/50, then being upset about why the date never picks up the check or treats them after 3 months of dating

In both cases, posted 5 days apart, they were advised to find someone else as it seems their date doesn’t respect their values (case 1) or value them enough to spend money on them (case 2).
