I have an FDD job offer for 80k base, 10k sign on bonus and 15% - 20% performance bonus, is that fair for a HCOL city (not NYC)? The offer isn’t with an accounting firm. I am currently a senior in audit making 85k base plus 5k or so bonus. Next raise and bonus payout is in two months.
