I have an interview loop in the next few weeks for an internal team.

Since there is a high probability that they will ask why you want to change the team. What is the right to way to present it in the interview.

My reason is work is not channelling and quite monotonous (I get sql queries from someone and I just dump the data in excel/temp tables). Have discussed with current manager but no help from her.

The HR says the delay is happening because the people who need to approve are on leave. Are they playing around or keeping on hold? Do they actually release offer after this much delay?
