I’m sitting here with only one demo two months after joining the company. it looks like our team has only two people doing demos, and demos are only happening once every two weeks. Has the WFH made you more productive or less productive and is it a heavy toll or you can bear for the rest of your life or not.

I know for people with 5+ exp is it good as they can be with family but what about the people like us whom covid hit at the very early stage of the career.
No exposure, no interaction with the team physically and not even much movement from that damn swirling chair.
