I have an interview with a creative team at another company, should I dress like I Normally would at the agency or go business prof.? Also they have my web portfolio, but should I bring prints?

I was recently offered a Senior 3 position at EY within GSP in a tier 2 city. Starting base salary is $130k with a signing bonus of 6k. Really just seeking guidance on what I can reasonably negotiate regarding salary, signing bonus, and other benefits. I have 6 YOE and was initially interviewing for a manager position. I was offered S3 as a trial year to become acclimated to EY's culture before being promoted to manager.

I have joined a new organisation as senior software engineer, later i found out that i have the lesser YOE among all my peers and juniors. The one who are there at the same designation had 3-4 years more exp than me.
This made me little bit uncomfortable in the project. Like what if i am not able to perform at the same level as other.
