Guys , whoever is interviewing and planning to join , do ask project availablity on priority basis before you take decision. On Java front looks like there is some project issue due to recent slowdown in market. My offer was not revised even after agreement with recruiter because of this.

Bain & Company Bain & Company Do you have any insights into what they are expecting in the second (last) round? I saw that there are two cases and a presentation. Are they more interested in professionalism than the "analytical" skills assessed in the first round? Do you have any more insights into the presentation?
Many thanks in advance

I have been in this situation! You sort of have to treat it like an external interview.
-prepare a list of projects you have worked on and their results
-prepare a list of things you have done that are above your pay grade
-prepare a list of why you are an asset to them
They also made me get written praise from coworkers but that might be too over the top. Good luck!
Thank you for this! It is very helpful. They did talk about getting praise from other coworkers as well, assuming it goes through
If you are getting promoted to oversee more people, have a continuity and growth plan for the team and yourself just in case they ask.
Taking a positive and humble outlook to the meeting is good as well.
Wow they're making you interview for a promotion? How about "convince me I shouldn't leave and require you to pay twice what you're paying for me to onboard someone new. Wouldn't it be easier if you just gave me a small fucking raise?"
