Hey Everyone,
I am doing a part time MBA program and for one of the coursework I am trying to understand the challenges people faced while transitioning from WFH to Back to office model.
I've created a small questionnaire and will really appreciate if you can spare 10 minutes of your time for the same.

Google questions that are generally asked in those kinds of interviews and then go down your resume and be able to answer every question with something from your resume. Even if they don’t ask you those questions and it’s more of a conversation, you’ll still be able to answer the questions they didn’t ask based on your preparation. For example, a question I got a lot during recruitment was “tell me about [insert resume point here]” and while I’d talk about my experience I would work in some of the answers to the questions I had previous prepared for. It helps make good conversation and also helps you stand out more.
Appreciate the advice! Thank you
Don’t overthink it. Relax and be yourself and be professional and polite. They are desperate for bodies so you’re likely to get the offer unless you screw up pretty bad.
Thanks! Appreciate it!
