I have an offer from SMTS Oracle Bangalore 32 base + 28k USD stocks (vesting schedule: 40-30-20-10%)

I'm discussing an offer with SDE3 @ JPMorgan Chase Mumbai. I'm asking for 38-40 as a base, but they are saying they can provide 32 as base and rest RSU part they can compensate as Joining bonus also there'll be additional performance linked bonus of 10-15%.

My husband just received a job offer on an opportunity he is really excited about. It would be great for his career and they are giving the 15% jump in base he asked for, however they won’t share what the target bonus amount would be. It’s an executive director position, so I would assume it’s a decent target bonus, but without that in writing it could honestly be a gift basket at the end of the year. Is it a red flag for them to not share this? His total comp could be less at this new job…

If I am required to testify (as an expert witness), I would need to book a flight, hotel, etc. My question is this: can I ask for my requested hourly rate, travel, and hotel to be covered when speaking with DA or is that “not how this works” as the investigator put it?

Had an interview for an associate position at Citi. Interviewee was based in London and I’m in NYC. The only interview time that worked was 6am. I was barely functioning and feel like I truly messed up in my answers because I couldn’t not think clearly.
