I have an offer from Tiger Analytics for a Senior Data Engineer role with 8.5 years of experience. The offer letter mentions a joining date of March 26, but I am available to join by March 10 (16 days early). Given this, how much joining bonus should I negotiate for? Anyone have any idea when the hiring freeze might end within AWS ProServ? I’m currently at Amazon and have a TS clearance, PMP & CSM.
