I interviewed for a role with the Enterprise Risk Team at EY. I told them my salary requirements were $105 k before the interview. They said it should be ok if I'm brought in as a Senior 1. There is a good case for higher year end bonuses this year. All in comp is down in 2022 taking into account special bonuses last year. So unless PPP takes a real hit, I’d like to see a modest bonus increase. Doubt PPP is going to be down by that much (in many cases not at all) for the top 30 firms. And with firms trimming fat, that should mean higher bonuses for those that are left. Idk about the rest of you, but my firm feels as busy as ever (M&A).
