Focus on examples of agility. Ability to move things forward with a scarcity of detail. Attention to the little things (quality). How you have successfully juggled multiple demands at the same time. Kind of depends on the specifics of the role and agency but those are typically evergreen areas.
I see. Detail is something I have plenty to speak on, and I’ll make sure to add agility to the conversation. I can definitely tailor both of these strengths to the role and agency. Thank you!

Some agencies find that former in-house staff can be a benefit, bc it allows for a different POV and they can speak to your background as a selling point with new clients and new biz.
That said, the biggest concern is generally fast-paced agency environment and competing needs from different clients. Where possible, speak to how the different teams/verticals/segments you supported in house were like your clients, and draw parallels that way.
That’s a good point. My in-house work is within a very segmented organization, so I can speak to that confidently. I’m also confident that my specific background can relate to new clients/business as you mentioned, so that’s great to know. Thank you!
Parallel how internally you serve multiple masters/stakeholders, whom you treat as your clients to show the comparison to the agency / client model.
Will do. I can definitely bring up a long list of stakeholders I’ve managed all at one time. Thank you!
