I got invited to a second round interview with a big company. The title sounds more senior than my current title, but the work responsibilities feel like a step down. I am wondering if I should still interview (to see if they will consider me for my desired role instead or at least, get some interview practice for when a better opportunity comes along). Thoughts? Is it ok to reject the offer if they make one, on the grounds of the role not being a good fit for me.

Can someone explain me what's going on with Accenture recruitment? My joining date was 29th of this month. HR called me day before yesterday and preponed it to 26th, later today she called and saying that due to high volume of candidates, the Onboarding is freezed and so my candidature is pushed to September 5th. Currently interviewing at JPMorgan in their CIB division for a associate operations role. Have met with 5 people for two different teams and another person for another team, all of which I believe are 3 total open positions for 3 different teams.
