I have attended face to face interview in epam on 10th jan, they called and confirmed that I am selected on 12th and they send an email to share the documents on 13th . It’s been a week since I submitted the documents. I haven’t heard anything from hr. Anyone faced same experience?

I'm interviewing with KKR for a Principal role in their real estate group. All online salary resources are all in alignment with a total comp of $200k+. I'm assuming based on the average salary reported across these portals for principal that those figures apply to the RE group as well. Anyone have any direct knowledge or can speak to that group's comp?

My company says the s user id provided by them will get de-activated once I leave (in a week). I have not claimed the amount also.
