I have been applying to jobs nonstop and honestly feel so disheartened. I have my MBA with a healthcare management concentration and I even had my resume professionally done. I have almost 4 years total healthcare experience with the last almost 2-2 1/2 years in management. Any tips for dealing with a passive aggressive micromanager on a high-burn project?

I am soon going to be in my 30’s. I have worked pretty hard all my 20s but have had set backs due to forces outside my control. I will be finishing up my MBA and, hopefully, be accepting an offer from a firm.

My goal was to get into upper leadership and senior partner role at some point.

I wanted some candid opinions on this. Are my goals a pipe dream? Most people, that I have seen on LinkedIn occupying those roles seem to have never failed and have had near linear progressions.

Yet another salary question 😎. Pay is immensely limited in federal 😒. Master's, MBB, 6 years. About to get my MBA (not top 10 but top 25). What's my move? What should I expect in $?

I’m only 2-3 years into my career and I feel like f*cking toilet paper — just spent a week of my life busting ass/working OT on a reduced salary (thanks COVID, love ya 😘) “designing” PPT presentations for clients I’ve never met.
