I have been given an opportunity to take on a Project Coordinator role at my existing company (IT MSP) I'll basically be developing the role at our company. Any advice? How to keep track of various happenings for the many projects we'll have going on at one time? I recently got 22 computers and peripherals etc sorted out for one brand new client, 25 for another with added software preps, and am working through another 24 for another existing client, we'll be physically moving another client...

*Ohio* I stepped into a role as Software Engineer (.Net) with no experience at $70k. Six months ago I had brought up the fact I was being underpaid for the job I was doing with now 3 years of experience being the only Engineer on the team and my manager agreed giving me an increase to $90k. My manager is wanting to get me some help and posted a new role modeled after me (3 yrs exp) w/ salary between $88k-$126k. How should I approach my manager about it without looking incredibly greedy?

My total YoE is 14 years. I know pretty long stay in TCS. I am happy with the work though I am not a project lead or in some manager position. Does anyone know if this is normal? I joined a vault 100 firm in September last year. The firm put me on tier 7. In January I had the associate review and everything was normal. After a couple of weeks, I got the call from the hiring partner telling my bonus and new salary (because of the firm-wide salary increase). I realized I still get paid as a 7 year associate. The partner said because I joined the firm later in the year, it’s normal not to advance in the next year. Is it? Thanks!

I have been a PM at my company for 2 years now, with a years prior experience as associate PM. I got promoted before my certification, but was told if I did not get a PMP or ACP I would get my promotion taken away.
Received the ACP and have not seen a raise. Now we have a girl that is getting a 15k raise and going straight from Project coordinator to PM (with one year experience) and no certification. She will now be 5k less than me. If she gets CaPM she gets a 5k raise. Wong to feel slighted?

What’s the average salary for a Sr. Project Manager that is a contractor? I received an offer for $140k. I don’t think the compensation is aligned for the scope of work.
