Hope you are doing well, I need valuable suggestion on few of my queries.
I had joined KPMG(KGS) on April 2022, during the interview i have been told that i would be working on Java Backend Development as my background belongs to same technology and my interview was also happened on Java/Spring/Microservices; but they put me on Low-Code / No code Platform and its totally tool based work. I am frustrated with the current work as i didnt find anything productive to learn.Continued in com KPMG @

At my second interview they came out and said why the additional interview. They wanted to make sure I knew what I was getting into (commute, have to pay for parking, meeting a quota, etc). It literally only lasted 15 minutes.
Just be your self, Don't dress flashy, Let them drive the conversation and respond clear and concise, you may want to expand if they ask. Be the boss, I mean just think you own the company and you are interviewing them. And last enjoy the conversation don't be shy but don't exaggerate stuff.
They want to ensure your potential manager and the other people you will be working with see you as a fit and give them a voice in the hiring decision. Also to ensure you are ok with them. If it is a panel interview be prepared for them to ask you hard questions relevant to their team as they want to make sure you will be productive on their particular needs.
