I have been offered postion of Senior Associate 2 at PwC AC BLR.I have 11 years of experience. Is this position fine per my exp. What is hierarchy at PwC AC. How much average CTC does Senior Associate 2 has in PwC? And last they mentioned some bonus program..Does PwC gives it to all employees or is it based on project? What is average annual bonus.

I am a first year who just started a couple of months ago and I am literally confused all the time. I did some small work for two partners and they loved it, so put me on new deals but the mid levels I am staffed with absolutely hate the work I do. One said the work I did was laughable.
