I am pretty sure they are going to fire me at year end and im freaking out. I hate that deloitte makes getting on a project your fault. I am not in charge of what projects you get or how long it takes to get the contract signed. I spent 4 weeks on a probono project and they dont care...

But I want to use this opportunity to get promoted, how can I get this across? Mgr is new(they fired my old mgr), mgr’s mgr is new too(re-org). So not sure if I should/can make a case, or how.

Question for yall. How likely is an offer once a company decides to do a reference check? I know I am in the final 2, from context clues in interviews. I just dont want to get my hopes up.
