I have been working at LTIM as a fresher(out of college) for 6 months. I have skills in testing (Selenium C#, Selenium Java, Appium, Playwright Js/Ts, Api Testing using RestSharp and Postman, Asp .Net Core). Right after training, I have been put on bench. No interview. Nothing.
And seeing the current scenario in the organisation, every fresher like me are on bench. Nothing.

Are these skills enough to switch after 1 year ?

But in 29 of nov show two status on ibegin current and previous status in current it show resume shotlisted and previous it shows evaluation in progress.What it mean?

I have BS degree in healthcare professions and wanted to know if 40k is too low of salary to start off as a compliance officer for a pharmacy that provides discounted medications.
