I have been working in altice USA for almost a decade now, this has become very challenging environment. Sr Management always changes and anyone makes a promise and make you work like a donkey for years with a false hope of promotion and when you come near to the promotion time your manager changes. I would recommend not to work on altice information technology side, if you still want to take up the job make up your mind that “hardwork is not directly proportional to growth within the company”.

I have close to 15 years functional experience in DEI strategy, business strategy, teaching, and coaching. I have my own consulting company that focuses on DEI.
