I have cleared all the rounds of interviews at TCS. During the HR salary discussion round, which took place on September 24, 2024, I presented a counteroffer. The HR representative mentioned that she needs approval to match the counteroffer. How long does it typically take to receive this approval?

I had a 3rd round interview with a VP yesterday, sent a follow up email after and included a general question and no response. Is this a bad sign?

I have found that in a year of work to have never found them useful in tackling real world issues. Now I'm moving from a junior to a mid can I still expect leetcode style questions?

I have given interview for salesforce dev position in IQVIA and all the three rounds were completed on 10Feb after that I didn't got any communication from recruiter , how many days it usually takes and I am in notice period and it is going to next month..

Will I get an offer from them before the end of next month?

When I was a device driver developer with 2 years relevant experience I had got calls from Nvidia and Qualcomm. Unfortunately I wasn't able to crack the interviews back then.

For next 5 years I worked mostly on application development and broadening my exposure. I am not getting even a single call from such companies now.

Urgently need advise. I have an oral offer from a company. After I negotiated for salary , they told that we have decided to drop your candidature.
